Gunfights, manhunts, betrayals and Indian attacks ensue after Morgan’s gang makes an unauthorized withdrawal from a bank in the community where Matt keeps the peace.

Viveca Lindfors co-stars as Helga Swenson, a farmer’s daughter who’s attracted to Matt. And her father is played by Jean Hersholt — the veteran actor for whom the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences named the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.
